YOGA TEACHER MENTORSHIP

Are you ready to take your yoga teaching to the next level? With Kate’s Yoga Teacher Mentorship Program you will receive one on one support to find your voice as a teacher and learn to channel the spiritual energy of yoga to provide profound healing experiences for your students.

“Quite early in my yoga teaching career I began saying a prayer before entering the yoga room to teach. I said, ‘I set all my personal stuff and ego aside. I am here to be of highest service to those present. May whatever will best support those present here today flow through me.’ This prayer, I believe, opened me up to be a channel for Divine energy. The words that flowed from me were not entirely my own and I learned how to listen in a deeply present and intuitive way. Teaching yoga class has always been a co-creation with the Spirit of Yoga. Teaching yoga has never been about me, but about how best I can serve those seeking solace, healing and awakening in my classes. My intention is to teach you how to become an open channel to Spirit so that you can provide deeply spiritual and meaningful classes to your students. I believe that each and every one of us is capable of this.”

4 pre-recorded videos (45min each) on topics of creating sacred space, energy hygiene, intuitive and intelligent sequencing, music and environment, the power of your voice, becoming a channel for Spirit and spiritual energy, theming and more

PDFs for each video with exercises and prompts to enhance your teaching and space holding skills

·4 two hour one on one sessions with Kate. These can be customized to support your intention and you can vary how we use our time together. Example: have me shadow your yoga class (if you are currently teaching) and give you feedback.

How it works

Enrollment for 2024 Yoga Teacher Mentorship is now open! Below, please fill out the application . I can only take three yoga teachers for the remainder of 2024, and your mentorship will begin on or after September 14th. Once you are accepted you will receive the accompanying videos and PDFs of content via email. I will contact you to schedule an intro call so we can create a plan for your mentorship and schedule your one on one sessions. You can space out your one on one sessions throughout the remainder of 2024 in whatever you would like. My intention is to customize this mentorship to best support your teaching intentions and goals for growth and sharing your light!
