Energy Clearing with Theta Healing

Formerly called Theta Healing, I’ve adjusted this session slightly based on what I’ve been seeing the need for in clients. This session will still include techniques from Theta Healing but with a focus on clearing your energy field. Most of the issues I see in my clients stem from debris and unhelpful thought-forms in their energy field.

For this session, I work with a fusion of techniques that draw from, Theta Healing, shamanism and plant spirit healing. There is often a verbal component to these sessions, where I will “pull” limiting beliefs or energies that are not serving you and then “download” new vibrations and frequencies. Every session is different and uniquely customized to you. There will be time at the beginning of your session for you to share what you’d like support with and if one of my techniques resonates with you we can start there.

You will be laying down for the duration of this session, relaxed, safe and supported.

Astro Theta

Astro Theta is a combination of an astrology reading and a Theta energy healing session. In this 75 minute session, we’ll look at your birth chart and talk through themes/energies currently at play in your life and use that information to go deeper into the energy healing work. You’ll get both a cognitive understanding of how to work with themes in your life and receive an embodied healing experience through the energy medicine.

Energy Healing FAQ

What do your energy healing sessions feel like? My energy healing sessions have a similar sensation to reiki. You’ll be laying down and relaxed. You may feel warmth or cold in certain areas of your body at times. If I am clearing a particular area you might feel some discomfort for a short time. Everyone reports feeling much lighter after a session (as my work is largely focused on clearing energy).

What is the verbal component? During our session I will pick up on energies/beliefs in your system. An example of this is: “Can I pull and release the belief life is supposed to be hard.” “Instead, can I download, I allow my life to be easeful.” The beliefs that come up, are, of course, unique to you. Many people have emotional reactions as beliefs are cleared and new energies are brought in. *You get to stay relaxed the whole time, so you needn’t worry about listening too hard. It will all unfold effortlessly.

How do you protect the space? I am borderline obsessive about safe energetic space so know that you are in good hands! Before every session I “open” the healing container with the seven directions (if you would like me to do this aloud for you I am happy to, but I will have already opened the space before you arrive). I spend about fifteen minutes before each session calling in the seven directions, clearing the energy in the space and saying prayers for your greatest healing. Throughout our session I will be clearing energy from the space as needed. Once you leave, I close the energetic container and send you off with prayers.

How often should I come for Theta Healing? This is so individual and really depends on your intention. I have some clients that come once a quarter for Theta Healing and some every month. If you are working with a particular theme I recommend coming in regularly for a while. This helps to get deeper into the root of whatever you’re working on. At least two sessions in a row seems to be the most supportive for most. So, if you have reiki one time, I recommend coming at least one more time a few weeks to a month after. You can also use energy healing as a “tune up,” and come in every once and a while, to clean your system- this is more for those who have a regular energy practice they do outside of sessions.
