WHAT TO LOOK FORWARD TO

Nestled inside the rolling hills of Sothern France, Prana Boutique Retreat space is located about an hour north of Toulouse airport. You will fly in the morning of September 13th and be transported directly to the retreat space with time to unpack, ground and get familiar with the property.

You will have full access to an outdoor poolside lounge, fire burning hot tub, pool and sauna to help you unwind, relax and drop into the energy of the retreat and for the rest of your stay.

Daily meals will be provided for you by an on-site Holistic Ayurvedic chef who will custom make a menu that focuses on supporting and nourishing the feminine body. You will also be able to schedule massages or facials to enhance the total body experience.

Each day will be slightly different depending on the activities scheduled for the group.‍ ‍You will have time on property to enjoy the amenities, hike the paths in the nearby forest, connect with the other women and/or enjoy your own peace and quiet.

Group activities such as yoga, breathwork, ceremony and somatic practices will activate and reconnect you with your body, emotions and expression. These will awaken the deep feminine life force that already exists within you—the energy of Shakti.

Other days will be spent visiting local villages for shopping, exploring and dining along with visiting sacred sites. And, of course, wine tastings!

This is your opportunity to slow down, soften, and experience yourself in a more intimate and embodied way.

In additional to these group practices, the teachings of Mary Magdalene and Rose Medicine will be woven throughout the retreat, offering a framework for exploring feminine wisdom, self-devotion, emotional truth, and the power of the open heart.

Mary Magdelene energy is known to be very much alive in the places you will be visiting during your retreat. It is said she landed on the shores of Southern France after Jesus’ death, continuing her mission as a profound female healer and wisdom keeper. Locals share stories of her ministries that have been passed down through the centuries, long after her life on Earth ended. Many know her as a whore and a follower of Christ, but many also know her for her deep devotion to the land, feminine wisdom and the power of healing the hearts of those who crossed her path. She is a revered teacher, mentor and Ascended Master for the women alive today devoted to walking the feminine path. Through quiet contemplation, meditation and intention, connecting with Mary Magdelene will be powerful experience, unique to you, that you will carry with you for the rest of your life.

TRAVEL LOGISTICS

You will want to fly into the Toulouse airport before 2pm on Saturday September 13th. We will have one airport pickup at 2pm for the group. (It’s a 1.5 hour shuttle ride with the retreat group to Prana in Cahors)

You will want to book your departure for the morning or afternoon of Sunday September 20th

Toulouse: La Ville Rose

After your retreat at Prana ends, the group will travel back to Toulouse for an overnight stay in the city. This time was added for you to have space to integrate the practices and experiences inside the retreat and slowly return to the normal pace of life. The group will have the same accommodations at a local hotel, but you have full freedom to explore as you wish! Stay with the group or brave the city solo. There are art museums, local flower markets, live music, boat rides down romantic canals, and cafes on every corner!

The following morning you will have a shuttle to the airport through the hotel at your discretion.

Kate Cherne

Kate is a Shamanic Energy Healer, Plant Spirit Initiator and 500hr ERYT. Her devotion lies in honoring the land and creating a harmonious relationship between nature and humans. Her classes, retreats and ceremonial spaces are created with energetic integrity, safety and love with the intention that you remember your divine nature and magic. Kate has been a full time teacher and mystic for over a decade and has dedicated her life to dreaming a new world into being. You can find her in her herbal medicine garden, writing her novel, or frolicking amongst the flowers and trees. She’s a Gemini Sun, Libra Rising and Aries Moon.
Laura Craig

Laura is a Priestess of the Rose Lineage, Feminine Embodiment Mentor, Energy Healer and Channel for the Divine Feminine. Her women’s circles, ceremonies, programs and retreats are offered as a sacred space for women to come back home to their bodies, open their hearts and remember the feminine power that lies within. You can find her sipping cacao, lounging in nature, or creating epic experiences for women to unleash their full expression. She is a Leo Sun, Sagittarius Moon and Cancer Rising.
