About my classes
My yoga classes are rooted in strength building, alignment, breath and inner awareness. I’ve taught yoga and spirituality for over a decade and continue to be inspired and awed by the profound healing and awakening this practice offers. Yoga philosophy is at the heart of my classes. Yoga is a way back to the Self, back to your truth and I guide my students to this connection in every yoga class I teach.
For my personal Zoom classes: Thursday and Sunday classes are intermediate to advanced and some experience with vinyasa or hatha yoga is suggested. Tuesday’s yoga for strength requires less experience with yoga, but overall is more challenging with a focus on specific exercises to develop strength.
