Energy Clean Up
Just like we need to bathe our physical bodies everyday, our energy bodies must also be cleansed regularly. Our auric fields pick up debris and energy throughout the day (just like our shoes pick up dirt and grime from the streets). In this 30 minute clearing, I will clear your energy field of any energy that doesn’t belong to you and/or is not in service to you. I’ll balance your chakras and repair your auric field. I’ll also use Theta Healing techniques to clear any other energies or beliefs that are “alive” in your field that aren’t in service to you. This sessions is like a tune up and is intended to clean you up so you leave feeling lighter, more vibrant and clear!
This session can be done remotely or in person. For remote sessions schedule a time where you are relatively inactive/engaged (you can still be moving throughout your day).

Astrology check in
Sometimes the cosmic energy is a lot! When our astrology is extra active it can feel confusing and chaotic. This session will give you insight into what energies are being activated right now and how to navigate the waves with ease and grace. When we understand what’s going on in our charts it can make sense of our emotions and give insight into why certain situations are popping up in our life (and how they are actually helping us)! Remember: everything in life is happening for us and for our soul’s greatest evolution- the stars and planets guide us and tell us why and how.
