Womb Healing
Your womb, whether you have a physical one or not, wherever you are in your menstruation stage (still bleeding, in menopause or done bleeding) is a powerful part of your body holds the keys to your creative life-giving nature, wisdom and soul knowledge.
Old stories, traumas, ancestral patterns and cords with past lovers are held in this area of your body and can affect your overall energy and well-being. Over and over in my energy work with women I am drawn to this area to clear, heal and awaken them. So much gets stored here and I continue to be blown away by the transformation I see in my female clients as they reconnect and reclaim this center.
It is time to remember your creative and life-giving nature and take back your power so you can create and live the life your soul wants for you!
Mugwort & Plant Spirit Healing
For these sessions I will be working with the plant ally of Mugwort, Artemisa Vulgaris, a plant associated with the moon, our emotions, menstrual cycles (whatever phase of life you’re in), intuition, maternal ancestry and our wild nature. Mugwort helps women reconnect to their natural cycle and is a deeply loving Mother energy that nurtures, strengthens and heals through her unconditional love.
Plant Spirit Healing is type of energy healing that uses the intelligence and healing gifts of a particular plant (in this case, Mugwort) to aid in your healing. My teacher, Pam Montgomery, author of the book “Plant Spirit Healing” has witnessed miraculous healing from plant spirits and I too have experienced profound healing and insight from Mugwort. Additionally, you will receive a Mugwort oil to take home for continued connection with this plant and guidance on how to work with Mugwort as a plant spirit ally.
