Join Kate on the gorgeous land of Lake Osceola retreat at high summer for an intimate women’s retreat. We’ll explore the goddess as she appears in her many forms in the yoga tradition as the Giver of Life. Through yoga practice, meditation and ritual we’ll work to unlock your innate goddess energy and help you connect with the magic and power you need to show up boldly in your life!
This retreat is a space to come home to yourself and be nourished by connecting with nature and in sisterhood. You’ll be held in a safe container to intentionally connect with your own goddess power and Shakti. The Divine Feminine is rising and it’s time to fully remember your power, wisdom, intuition and voice.

Blue Lotus Room: Queen + Full bed (shared bathroom with guests on that floor)- $750 per person (recommended for friends) SOLD OUT
Single rooms:
Red Lotus: Queen bed (shared bathroom with guests on that floor)- $900- SOLD OUT
Purple Lotus: Queen bed (shared bathroom with guests on that floor)- $900- SOLD OUT
Green Lotus: King bed (shared bathroom with guests on that floor)- $950 {option to add a friend and sleep in the King bed together, friend add on is $500 for a total of $1,550 for the two of you} SOLD OUT
Orange Lotus Master Suite: Queen bed, private bathroom- $1,050- SOLD OUT

Rituals, Practices & Play
Basic schedule:
Friday: arrive at 2pm, opening yoga practice and cacao ceremony, free time, dinner, evening yin yoga & meeting the goddess meditation
Saturday: yoga & meditation practice 7:30am, breakfast, morning & mid-day free time (sauna, swimming, kayaking, hiking & herbal spa available), make your own lunch as you like (all food will be provided), optional afternoon yoga practice, early dinner (5pm), evening goddess ritual & meditation, bonfire, optional night swimming
Sunday: yoga & meditation 8am, breakfast, closing circle, final shares, depart at 11:30am
