What is a Flower Essence?
A flower essence is vibrational medicine. It’s a water based preparation that holds the vibrational quality and essence of a plant or flower. It is considered the most spiritually potent form of herbal medicine because by taking it into yourself, you are taking in the spirit and teacher of that flower or plant. It is safe anyone to consume as there are no physical constituents of the plant, just the essence.
What we’ll do:
We will begin class with a discussion on plant spirits and flower essences to understand what they are and how they work. I will guide us through a plant meditation journey to meet one or more plant spirits in my garden to see what ones want to work with us.
We will make a formal offering to the plants to honor and show respect for them working with us. (This is something you can do for the plants you connect with in your life/home.)
As a group we’ll make an essence of one or more plants (the plants will tell us). Each person will put their intention and prayers into the flower essence.
What you’ll get:
You will take home a one ounce bottle of our essence and suggestions for how to work with it for spiritual and healing purposes. The plants are powerful healers if engaged with intentionally.
This is a hands on class that will be guided by the intelligence of the plants. The intention is that it be experiential and that you begin to connect with or deepen your relationship with the intelligence of the natural world.
